English Usage Test

 

English Usage Exam

The English Usage Exam is used to determine a student's language ability and readiness to take BIS 2200.  BIS 2200 requires the following prerequisites; 1) Fullfillment of Communications Literacy CL1 Requirement through coursework or examination (Engl 1010)  2) STAT 1040 or MATH 1030 or 1050 or 1100  3) GPA of 2.5 or higher  4) Passing score on the College of Business English Usage Exam or ACT English section score of at least 29. 

  • To register, pay $5.00 at the Registration Desk in either Vernal or Roosevelt
  • Take your receipt to the testing center
  • Bring the results, along with documentation satisfying the other prerequisites to the Registration Desk, and register for BIS 2200
